2. Subject of the agreement

8. Payment method

4. The term for consideration of a claim by Vikonavets is 30 days from the moment it is received by e-mail by Vikonavtsya, after completion of any other decision, one of the following decisions is made: 1) about the misfortune with the claim and vidmova in the return of the costs, or 2) about the benefit of the claim and satisfaction of Koristuvach about the return of the costs.

5. Once Vikonavts makes a decision about the return of funds, the rest informs Koristuvach about the final decision and about the need for Koristuvach to send a completed application to Vikonavts’ email.
